“Different ideas do coexist. Look around you,” said Raminder.

“But only if they don’t interact. And they must. Every time two people meet they do. When one makes legislation applied to the whole, tolerance breaks down.”

Raminder thought a moment. “If one must dominate another, how is that different from a dictatorship?”

“I don’t know.”
