Benevolence- chapter 60

Raminder fell to his knees. His fingers investigated the hole in his chest. It felt warm to the touch.

Raivis dropped his weapon. With great effort he choked out his last words. “You’re wrong. We all need forgiveness for this.”

Raminder felt his life ebb away. He wondered if his life was worth the sacrifice.
