A True Tale of the Stupid and Bizarre

I watched a young woman race across the street against four lanes of speeding traffic, then stop in the last lane to avoid a puddle. She forced a car to stop, the driver honking violently. She held up her hand and gave a sheepish look.

She pranced down the lane, trying to keep her designer boots dry.

Better dead than wet, I guess.
